White Sauce Tuna over Rice


Melt Butter
Then slowly add in the same amount of flour


So that the first half of the milk goes in like this, when it starts to turn 
runny kick the heat up from low to midhigh
stirring constantly.


After it boils and starts to thicken
add Tuna,
Salt and Pepper.


Then serve over cooked rice
I like to pair it with peas.
